• Routes are subject to change without notice, and the vendor reserves the right to alter tours in the event of severe inclement weather, traffic congestion, or for operational reasons

• Due to the nature of the tours, we cannot wait for customers who arrive at their tour start point late. If you are late for your tour 100% charges are applicable and you will not be entitled to a refund or alternative.
• Combined Tour: this tour shares a vehicle with guests travelling on our All Creatures Great and Small tour.
• We recommend downloading the app, selecting your chosen language and unlocking your tour before arriving at the bus, as we do not provide wifi on board. We kindly ask that all guests using the app bring and use headphones when listening to the audio guide, out of consideration for other passengers.

Meeting Point

This tour will start at Coach Bay A, opposite the memorial gardens on Leeman Road, YO1 6FZ, at 9:00 AM. The pickup point is located 5 minutes from York Railway Station. Please note the tour will leave promptly at 09:00 so please arrive on 5 minutes early ready for departure. Unfortunately we cannot wait for late passengers.
